I have two reasons.
理由は二つあります。
First, I think people use too many plastic bags.
第一に、私たちはレジ袋をたくさん使いすぎていると思います。
For example, you get a small plastic bag even when you buy one small thing at a store.
例えば、店で小さな商品一点を買うときでさえ、小さなレジ袋をもらいます。
In most cases, you use plastic bags only once.

This is not environmental-friendly.

Second, plastic bags are harmful to animals.

First, it is not easy for stores to decide the price of plastic bags.

Some people might try to buy things at stores whose plastic bags are cheaper or free.

I don't think this is fair.

Second, if plastic bags aren't free, you have to pay for them every time you go shopping.
