理由を２つ考えます。
理由を２つ思いつきやすい方のスタンスで書くのもよいでしょう。

で書いてみました。
I think Internet bullying should be strictly prohibited.
インターネットによるいじめは厳しく禁止されるべきだと思います。
I have two reasons for this.
理由は二つあります。
First, more and more people are getting involved in bullying on the Internet.
まず、ネットでいじめに巻き込まれる人は増えています。
Unfortunately, many of them are school children.
残念なことに、多くは子どもたちです。
In the worst-case scenario, some children commit suicide because of terrible online bullying.
最悪の場合、ネット上のひどいいじめで命を絶つ子どももいます。
Second, online bullying is not easy to find.
次に、ネット上のいじめは発見されにくいものです。
So, it is difficult to know how seriously the bullied person is mentally hurt.
ですから、いじめられた人がどれほど深く精神的に傷ついているかわかりにくいのです。
In addition to that, bullying on the Internet is difficult to solve among people who are concerned because anyone can post anything online with false names.
さらに、ネット上のいじめは、関係者だけで解決することは困難です。というのも、だれでも偽名を使って投稿できるからです。
How could you stop online attacks done by someone you might not know.
どのようにしたら、誰だかわからない人からの攻撃をやめさせることができるでしょうか？
It is almost impossible to defend yourself from Internet bullying.
インターネットによるいじめから自衛することはほとんど不可能です。
For these reasons, I believe online bullying should be prohibited much more strictly as soon as possible.
以上のような理由から、ネット上のいじめはもっと厳しく、できるだけ早く禁止すべきだと思います。
